How long will it take to receive my order?

At I Know DASS Right, we know how exciting it is to receive new packages, so we work to get your order processed as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and verified within 2-4 business days. Shipping transit time is typically 3-7 business days, with the exception of Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays, and other peak times.

During these busy periods, order processing may take longer. However, we upgrade shipping services to priority mail to ensure your order reaches you within our guidelines.

Once your order has been processed, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. You will receive an email notification with your shipping carrier and tracking number as soon as your product has been shipped.

Pre-orders

Please note that ordering a pre-order item will result in shipping delays, as the item will be available to ship at a later date. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing, and 7-10 business days for delivery of your pre-order item.

If you would like to receive your in-stock items sooner, please create a separate order for those items to ensure two separate shipments.

International Shipping

International shipping charges and delivery times vary based on the destination and weight of your package. Your total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
